Privacy policy

Without signing in, all data (cars, records, reminders, photos, receipts) stays only on your phone. We do not receive it. The app has no ads, no analytics and no tracking SDKs.

Signing in turns on sync between your phones and sharing a car with family. Then we store, in Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage):

• your Google account name, email and user ID;
• the cars you upload, their records, reminders, photos and attached files;
• the other members of a shared car (their names and IDs) and invite codes.

Only members of a car can read it. Sync and sharing are Pro features.

Payments go through Google Play. Subscription status is managed by RevenueCat (purchase receipts and an app user ID, which is your Firebase ID when you are signed in). We do not see your card details.

• Location (optional) adds the current place to a record or shows nearby places on the map. It is saved in the record like any other field of it.
• Camera and photo library (optional) attach photos of the car, receipts and documents.
• Notifications remind you about service dates.

Google (Firebase, Google Play, Google sign-in) and RevenueCat act as processors for us. We do not sell data and do not share it for advertising.

• Export a backup file, CSV or PDF at any time.
• Delete a car or all data in the app. Signing out keeps everything on the phone and stops sync.
• To delete your account and all data stored in the cloud, open Profile → Cloud → Delete account in the app. It erases your cars with their records, reminders, photos and files, removes you from cars shared with you, and deletes the sign-in. If you cannot use the app, write to contact@developer.living from the address you signed in with and we will delete it within 30 days.

The app is not directed at children under 13.
